The U.S. Army has issued a service-wide breastfeeding policy for active duty, reserve, and National Guard members, offering guidelines on facility requirements. The Army is the last of the 3 U.S. military branches to issue a breastfeeding policy.
Also, the National Institutes of Health's LactMed Database is a searchable database of drugs and other chemicals that breastfeeding mothers may be exposed to for information on levels of various substances in breastmilk, possible adverse effects to the infant, and suggested therapeutic alternatives.
